Meet Joanna
With over 15 years devoted to the art of beauty, I have built my expertise through advanced courses and hands-on workshops, and I’m currently studying for a business degree at a Manchester university.
My mission is to inspire joy and confidence: nothing is more luminous than a heartfelt smile. Through bespoke treatments, I help each client feel confident, embrace their natural glow and look their best.

How do I book an appointment?
Use the online calendar to choose your treatment, date and time. You’ll get a confirmation email straight away, with no phone call needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the treatment fee.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We start with a personal consultation and a skin or brow analysis. Joanna will recommend the right treatment plan and guide you through every step.
Can I combine treatments in one session?
Yes. Many clients enjoy a combination, for example lash extensions with a henna lip tint. When booking, choose “Multiple Services” or let us know what you’d like.
Are your products and treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
We use hypoallergenic, medical-grade products and carry out patch tests where needed, to keep every treatment safe and comfortable.
Do you offer gift vouchers or packages?
Yes. Digital and printed gift vouchers are available for all treatments, as well as treatment packages. Get in touch to create a gift.
